Submitting an Intake Request?

If you are contacting Second Chance Dog Rescue Mansfield regarding an animal in need of rescue, please provide as much information as possible about the animal, including its approximate age, breed, temperament, medical condition, current location, and circumstances. Please attach clear, current photos of the animal to help our team properly evaluate your request. All intake requests are reviewed based on available space and resources, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated, as they help us continue providing care for animals in need.
